White chocolate mocha recipe

Deliciously sweet and moreish – this is a white chocolate delight.

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp white chocolate spread
• 3 tbsp double cream
• 1 x Little’s vanilla coffee pods
• 200ml full-fat milk

To serve:

• Whipped cream
• White chocolate chips

Method

1. Mix the white chocolate spread and double cream in a small bowl or jug
2. Once your sauce is nice and smooth, dollop into the bottom of a glass or mug
3. Heat up your milk – in a frother or in the microwave. You want it to have a nice frothy texture to it
4. Pour over the top of your white chocolate sauce and stir vigorously
5. Make your coffee – either a shot of espresso or a heaped teaspoon of French Vanilla instant coffee mixed with water
6. Pour your coffee over your milk
7. Top with whipped cream, white chocolate chips and a little extra white chocolate sauce
