Our Refund Policy

We want you to love every Little’s purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Here’s everything you need to know about our refund policy:

Changed Your Mind? 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you’d like to return an item, simply contact us at hello@wearelittles.com within this timeframe. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need to cover the return postage costs unless the product is faulty.

We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packing your goodies, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite up to scratch, we’re here to make it right. If this happens:

  1. Contact us at hello@wearelittles.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a description of the issue and a photo of the item.

For faulty items, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement, and we’ll cover any return postage costs.

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, unless they’re faulty.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact us at hello@wearelittles.com to arrange your return.
  2. Repack the items securely and include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
  3. Send the parcel to our returns address, which we’ll provide when you get in touch.

Refund Processing

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
