VEGAN MOCHA PROTEIN SHAKE INGREDIENTS
FOR THE SHAKE:
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- A dash of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Little’s vanilla coffee
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 large date
- 10 cashew nuts
FOR THE CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- Splash of coconut milk
METHOD
Simply add all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until really smooth and creamy. If you want to get a little fancy, top the shake with some coconut cream and a drizzle of homemade chocolate sauce!
To make the sauce, combine the above ingredients and add the coconut milk until it reaches a thick, pouring consistency.
