Who’d have thought strawberry and coffee would be a match made in heaven? Think your favourite Christmas chocolate in the red wrapper, transported into a beautifully sweet summertime coffee you can drink all day. Top tip: you can replace the ice and cold m*lk with hot, frothy milk if you prefer your coffee warm! It tastes just as good. And oat milk not your thing? Dairy milk is excellent with this drink, too!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp strawberry sauce or strawberry purée, plus extra for the top
- 1 tsp Little’s Strawberry Delight instant coffee
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 3 tbsp hot water
- Ice cubes
- 100ml oat milk
Method
- Drizzle the strawberry sauce or purée into your glass – we use
our electric whisk to drizzle it down the sides of the glass - Add the instant coffee and sugar to the glass top with hot water and use your electric whisk to whip your coffee mixture – this will take a couple of minutes. If you don’t have an electric whisk, you can do this with a small hand whisk
- Once your whipped coffee is glossy and roughly doubled in size, fill the glass with ice
- Pour the oat milk over the top of the ice and drizzle extra strawberry sauce on top. Enjoy!
