Need a little pep in your step? Our whipped toffee nut frappé is the perfect way to cool down and caffeinate this summer.
Ingredients
- Little’s Toffee Nut flavoured instant coffee or Toffee Nut Nespresso Capsules
- Ice
- Milk or m*lk of your choice
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate sprinkles & toffee sweets to serve (optional)
Method
- Make an ‘espresso’ by mixing 2g of little’s toffee nut instant coffee with 50g of hot water, or brew your Nespresso-compatible capsule
- Add a handful of ice, your coffee mixture and 250ml of milk to a blender
- Blitz until smooth
- Pour into your favourite glass, top with a good squirt of whipped cream, sprinkles and toffee sweets if you want ‘em
- Serve and enjoy!
