A summertime staple – the iced coffee – with the added benefit of sweet, sweet toffee nut. Because toffee nut’s not just for winter! We're making ours with milk and a little bit of sugar, which makes the flavour pop.
Ingredients
- Little’s Toffee Nut flavoured instant coffee, or Toffee Nut coffee capsules
- Ice
- Milk or m*lk of your choice
- Sugar (optional)
Method
- First, add some ice to your favourite glass and leave to one side
- In a separate cup, make an ‘espresso’ by mixing 2g of little’s toffee nut instant coffee with 50g of hot water, or brew your Nespresso-compatible coffee capsule
- If you like your coffee a little sweeter, add a teaspoon of sugar to your coffee mixture
- Pour around 150ml of milk over the ice in your glass, followed by your coffee mixture
- Grab a straw, stir it up and enjoy!
Tip: pour the coffee slowly in the same spot so it trickles beautifully through the milk and ice
